In 2003, Amerifence joined the legacy of fence companies that Grandpa Joe Keefe started back in 1927. Having grown up on the south side of Chicago, Grandpa Joe later relocated to Harvey, Illinois, post-World War II.
With growing demand from Chicagoland customers, he moved his facility to the southwest suburbs of Tinley Park. This strategic move gave him ample space and resources to expand the company and establish dominance in the fencing industry. Grandpa Joe’s commitment to mastering fence construction and innovating new styles and techniques laid the groundwork for future generations.
